Weight Loss: Better to Cut Calories or Exercise More?



Baked or Grilled or Broiled Fish
With Ritz Cracker Crumb Topping
from cooks.com and The Frank’s

2 lbs. fish (haddock, tilapia, swahi, white fish, salmon etc.)
1/2 lemon

Place fish in (sprayed with Pam) baking dish, sprinkle with 1/2 lemon Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or cook on the grill in aluminum foil or broil.

CRUMB TOPPING:

Reduced Fat Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. melted I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Roll Ritz crackers fine. Mix ingredients together and sprinkle over fish. Bake 20 minutes more or if you are cooking on the grill – mix the crumb topping in a pan after you have melted the butter and stir and then pour over the grilled fish.
