Pray it Off 02/16/2012 Chair Exercises & Turkey Crust Pizza

Ellen’s Turkey “Crust” Pizza

2 pounds of Turkey Ground Turkey
1 Egg
Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
Parmesan Shaker Cheese
Garlic Powder
Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning
Homemade or Jar/Can Tomato Sauce
Parsley
No Salt
Pepper
Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese

Mix all ingredients very well, except mozzarella in large bowl, using a liberal amount of Mrs. Dash and around two cups of bread crumbs. Spread mixture in a square or round pan with a lip (sprayed with Pam first). You can add parsley, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash first to “jazz-up” the sauce if it is not homemade.
Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Add Slices of the Mozzarella on top, cook for 10 more minutes till cheese is bubbly light brown.
