Sunday Snippets A Catholic Carnival

Today I am joining Sunday Snippets A Catholic Carnival. I am excited about joining others who have a message to share.

In January of 2008 I weighed 338 pounds. I begged God to help me and He gave me the idea of starting a weight loss group of my own. It was as if he was saying, "I'll help you if you help others with the same problem." Two years and 135 pounds later, I run a group in Syracuse, NY of 80 members who have lost almost 2,000 pounds. ONE TON GONE!!!
