Ellen’s Seafood Cacciatore

Ingredients:
1. Chunky Ragu Sauce – Large 2 lb13 oz Jar
2. 2 Cans Rotel 10 oz Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
3. 1 Can 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes with Onion/Garlic
4. 1 Can 26 oz Hunts Zesty and Spicy Sauce
5. Fresh Mushrooms – Diced 10 oz Package
6. 1 Pound Bay Sea Scallops
7. 1 Pound Shrimp
8. Pepper/Garlic Powder/Italian Seasoning/Mrs. Dash Italian Medley – To Taste
9. 1 Cup Diced Onions
10. ½ Cup Diced Green Peppers
11. Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti

Preparation:
Put everything in a big pot and heat to boil, then put on a burner with a burner proctector and simmer for as long as you want. Cook the pasta, and when you do, put the seafood in the sauce. Then put over the thin spaghetti. I think it’s good to have on a Sunday for a combo lunch/dinner. Enjoy!
