About Me

Ellen McCauley Pray It Off: Syracuse, New York, United States; In January of 2008 I weighed 338 pounds. I begged God to help me and He gave me the idea of starting a weight loss group of my own. It was as if he was saying, "I'll help you if you help others with the same problem." I started a program called "Pray it Off" in Syracuse, NY. What started as a group of 25 brave souls has expanded to over 100 members who have gotten rid of, well over 3,000 pounds. We meet weekly and I tape each meeting for the blog.
